Faizin was born in Banyuwangi, East Java, in 1973 and has actively participated in numerous exhibitions across Indonesia. He gained early recognition as a finalist in the 1999 Philip Morris Indonesian Art Awards in Jakarta, marking an important milestone in his artistic career.
Known for his humorous and engaging portrayals of everyday life, Faizin transforms ordinary moments into lively and charming visual narratives. His paintings are distinguished by vibrant colors, expressive brushwork, and the use of impasto techniques that add texture and a subtle three-dimensional quality. His works have been exhibited in major art venues in Jakarta and Bandung, as well as internationally at the Asian Art Mosaic exhibition in Singapore in 2006.
