I Gusti Agung Wiranata was born in Kapal Village, Bali, in 1969. His works are part of the collection of Museum Puri Lukisan Ratna Warta in Ubud, reflecting his recognition within the Balinese art community. Deeply inspired by Walter Spies, Wiranata has developed his own distinctive style while carrying forward elements of the Spies tradition. He also participated in the Walter Spies exhibition in 1995, further affirming his connection to this artistic lineage.
