Ida Bagus Putu Padma is a Balinese painter from Batuan, Gianyar. His artistic journey began at the age of eight under the guidance of his grandfather, Ida Bagus Made Widja, one of the leading masters of the Batuan school. Alongside mastering its meticulous techniques, Padma inherited the tradition's rich visual storytelling and deep connection to Balinese culture.

He later studied at the School of Fine Arts in Batubulan, Denpasar, further refining his practice. Working within the Batuan tradition, he creates intricately detailed compositions inspired by Balinese mythology, rituals, and everyday life. His works have been exhibited at the Museum Puri Lukisan, including Kebyar Seni V (1999) and Kebyar Seni VII (2001).
