Affin Riyanto was born in Indramayu, Central Java, on 5 September 1972. After graduating from SMSR, he pursued painting in Yogyakarta alongside fellow artists, developing his skills and artistic vision. He has since participated in exhibitions in major Indonesian cities, including Jakarta, Indramayu, and Yogyakarta.
He continues to actively produce works characterized by his distinctive blend of decorative and abstract styles, which define his unique artistic identity.
