His first solo exhibition in Jakarta, Beauty Amidst the Storm, marked the beginning of his pursuit of realism as a means of personal expression. Known for his keen observation and technical precision, Ronald’s works come alive through light, shadow, and intricate detail. His paintings often explore two main subjects: lifelike portraits of everyday individuals and expansive bird’s-eye landscapes.
